Booking Information:
- Please book your experience in advance.
- Please make sure you have a mode of transportation to get to and from the range.
- Please arrive on time to ensure you can fully enjoy your experience.
Activity Policy:
- Weekend activities are subject to limitation or modification due to other range patrons.
- Sniper tower access is only available for Monday-Thursday Elite Experience Bookings.
- Trap / Skeet Shooting will be administered by a handheld clay thrower.
- Sniper tower availability does not guarantee access. Range rules and conditions apply.
- Access to range amenities may be subject to temporary limitations due to use by other guests.
Weather / Uncontrollable Events:
- Rescheduling / cancellations due to inclement weather are free of charge.
- Notify us in advance if inclement weather or poor range conditions pose a threat.
- Limitations due to weather, range conditions, etc, will be remedied on a case-by-case basis.
- Defective weapons and unserviceable malfunctions are eligible for partial refunds.
- Reimbursements will be awarded on a case-by-case basis due to unusable firearms or events.
- SKER Tactical has the discretion to appraise and remedy situations as it sees fit.
- Appropriate resolutions will be made based on conditions and limitations of each situation.
Equipment Use Policy:
- You agree to pay for any firearm damages due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- SKER Tactical will determine the cost of the damage factoring in parts, labor, and repair work.
- Monetary damages will be assessed and charged to customers cards.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Free Rescheduling: Must give notice 24 hours or more in advance of scheduled booking.
- 15% Surcharge: If rescheduling occurs less than 4 hours before scheduled booking.
- 25% Surcharge: If rescheduling occurs less than 2 hours before scheduled booking.
- Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Fees may apply.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: Must give notice of cancellation 48 hours or more in advance of scheduled booking.
- 90% Refund: If cancellation occurs between 24-48 hours before scheduled booking.
- 70% Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 4 hours before scheduled booking.
- 50% Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before scheduled booking.
- No shows without notice forfeit all claims and are not eligible for any refunds or rescheduling.
Right of Refusal Policy:
- SKER Tactical reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to the following reasons:
- Patron is engaging in unsafe, irresponsible, or dangerous behavior.
- Patron is not eligible to shoot at the range due to legal history or criminal status.
- Patron is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Patron does not listen, follow rules, or acts sporadically.
- SKER Tactical reserves the right to terminate any range experience due to the reasons above.
- Termination of service due to any reason listed above will receive no refund.
Policy Information:
Each range experience requires extensive preparation to ensure guests receive the best experience possible. All firearms are cleaned, inspected, and given routine maintenance 48 hours before a scheduled booking. All ammunition is acquired, organized, and reserved for each guest 24-48 hours before a scheduled booking. Additionally, all targets are purchased 24 hours in advance for each guest. Furthermore, limited spots are offered per day. Reschedules and cancellations limit otherwise available appointment times for other patrons, which takes away opportunities for the business.
