Return Policy

1. Returns and Refunds

All products sold by SKER Tactical are new and most are under warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions. If you would like a refund and the product has not been used, opened, or installed, SKER Tactical will give you a full refund minus any shipping and payment processing fees if returned within 30 days. Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on the part of SKER Tactical (e.g., incorrect, defective, or mis-shipped items). In such cases, SKER Tactical will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. If SKER Tactical provides a return shipping label for a return that is not the result of our error, the cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
 
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all of the original accessories (i.e. installation tools, screws, manuals etc.) Return request must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Claims for missing or damaged items/parts in transit (or upon arrival) must be received within three days of receipt. If no notification is received within three days, a refund/exchange will not be issued. Products may be subject to a restocking or non-refundable processing fee.  Please note certain products and services retail from other brands on our site. We have no responsibility or liability for those products or services. You may request a refund by contacting us by email at support@skertactical.com.

PRODUCT THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

1. BLEM Products: 
All BLEM (blemished) items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund. These products are offered at a discounted rate due to defects and are clearly marked at the time of sale. By purchasing a BLEM product, the customer agrees to accept the item in its current condition. For this reason, all sales of BLEM products are considered final.  
 
2. Altered Products: 
Products that have been modified, tampered with, or physically damaged in any way are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been disassembled, painted, drilled, scratched, dented, improperly installed, or otherwise altered from their original condition. Modifications of any kind will void the manufacturer’s warranty and disqualify the product from being returned. Our return policy also does not cover damage resulting from improper installation. Installation of firearm parts should always be performed by a certified gunsmith. Products showing signs of misuse or abuse will also be denied for return. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition.
 
3. Ammunition: 
For the protection of our customers and various safety and legal liability reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Defective ammunition must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. You can have peace of mind that all ammunition we sell is brand new from the manufacturer, and have never been used or modified.
 
4. Clothing [Seal/Tag Has Been Cut or Removed]: 
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wearables that have been opened or not in factory seal. If an opened package of ear plugs is returned to us, we will discard the ear plugs and not ship them back to the customer. We do not accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, or the tag has been removed.
 
Examples of a non-defective product:
• A stock fits too loose or too tight on a buffer tube
• The rubber is too soft on a grip
• Screw stripped during installation or disassembly
• An upper receiver does not fit perfectly with a lower receiver that is from a different manufacturer
• The Flat Dark Earth color of one product does not match the shade of another product’s Flat Dark Earth color
 

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If you, the customer, choose to cancel your order after payment is processed, a 7% nonrefundable card processing fee will be applied. We cannot control this as our payment processor charges a 3.5% fee for all transactions—both incoming and outgoing—regardless of reason. To cancel, contact us at support@skertactical.com. If you cancel a backordered item, a 7% transaction processing fee will still apply. Alternatively, you may choose 100% store credit. 
Your full purchase value will be applied with 0% processing fees.

 

3. Return Process

1. You MUST contact us prior to returning any product. Email Support@SkerTactical.com and indicate “RETURN Order #[Number]” in the subject line and the order number. You will also need to include the following:
  – Item(s) Returning
  – Reason for Return
  – Contact Info: Best Phone & email to contact you
 
If you do not have an account with us, contact us and let us know the reason for the return. To request an RMA#, all we need is your full name, order number (sometimes order date and/or shipping address to confirm the purchase), and the product that you would like to return.
 
2. Please ensure ALL products / components being returned are shipped back in their original packaging. Items must  include all of the original accessories (i.e. installation tools, screws, manuals etc.)
 
3. Your returned merchandise must be packed securely with appropriate packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, packing peanuts) and in an appropriate box (do NOT put a label directly on the original manufacturer’s product packaging). Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at their own expense. Product shipped back incorrectly or with inappropriate packing material WILL be subject to additional fees at our sole discretion.  
 
4. For orders valued over $100+ please ensure your shipment is adequately insured. If your return is underinsured and lost or damaged in transit, the postal service will only reimburse you up to the insured amount. SKER Tactical is NOT responsible for postal service operations and cannot assume liability for products until they are successfully delivered to us.
 
5. When shipping returned product(s), obtain a confirmation receipt with tracking number from the post office. DO NOT drop off your package without the post office scanning your parcel and providing you with a copy of your tracking receipt. SKER Tactical will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items caused by return packages. Receipt is proof your package was accepted by the post office and will be insured in the event it is lost or damaged in transit.
 
6. Shipping, handling, insurance, and processing fees are non-refundable. Only the product purchase price will be refunded, minus any applicable restocking fees. Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of SKER Tactical.
 
7. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after arrival to SKER Tactical for returns to be processed. (Inspection will be conducted for all returns) A minimum of 15% restocking fee may apply if the product is shipped back over the 30 days from the order date, damaged, or without its original packaging/ contents. Exact restocking fees will be calculated upon receipt of the item. Any additional fees will be communicated to the returnee before a refund is issued. 
 
All returns are subject to evaluation by SKER Tactical.
