Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
• Orders must be placed by 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time to ship the same day.
• Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.
• Shipment cutoff time is 1:00 P.M. PST.
 
2. Shipping Method
We use  USPS and UPS as our primary shipping providers. Carrier selection depends on:
• Customer location
• Order weight
• Selected shipping method at checkout
Important:
• If your address requires a specific carrier, please contact us immediately after placing your order to avoid delays or reshipping fees.
• UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
• Certain rural areas may not be serviced by USPS home delivery.
Shipping Rates & Transit Time:
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the package ships, not when the order is placed.
• Delays may occur during holidays or due to weather conditions.
 
3. Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
If you do not receive tracking information, contact us at support@skertactical.com.
 
4. Insurance & Signature Confirmation:
• Signature confirmation is optional and can be selected at checkout.
• In some cases, SKER Tactical may require signature confirmation regardless of selection.
 
5. Insurance Claims:
• Lost in Transit: Tracking must show the package never arrived. We must wait 20 days after shipment before filing a claim.
• Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 3 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
You must retain the item until the claim is resolved; we may request it be returned.
 
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
• It will be treated as a standard return.
• The product price will be refunded, but shipping, handling, and processing fees are nonrefundable.
• If the return is due to a customer error and the package is lost during return, SKER Tactical is not responsible.
 
7. Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit we will offer a full refund or replacement.
However, we are not liable for packages after they are marked “Delivered” in tracking status.
• Insurance does not cover these cases.
• Please contact the carrier or your local law enforcement if your package is marked delivered but not received.
 
8. Customer Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If the address is incorrect and the package is lost, SKER Tactical is not responsible.
 
9. Ammunition Shipping Policy
• You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle/shotgun ammo and 21 or older for handgun ammo.
• All ammunition ships Domestic Ground and only to the 48 Contiguous States.
Ammunition Shipping Restrictions:
• Alaska / Hawaii – Cannot ship due to federal restrictions on air transport.
• California – Must ship to a licensed 01 or 07 FFL dealer. Provide dealer info at checkout.
• Chicago, IL – No shipping allowed.
• Other Illinois locations – FOID and state ID required.
• Massachusetts – Must ship to a licensed firearms dealer. Provide dealer info at checkout.
• New Jersey – Requires a valid FPID.
• New York – Must ship to a licensed firearms dealer.
• Washington, D.C. – Shipping not permitted.
 
10. APO/FPO/DPO & International Shipping:
Due to ITAR regulations, we cannot ship to:
• APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
• International destinations
We fully support the U.S. Military, but any APO/FPO/DPO located outside the U.S. is classified as an export and prohibited.
